Making reference to the Terms of Use page which we assume you have read it, herein we detail the Shipping & Delivery Policy terms:

  1. We are a Business Directory & Online multi-vendor Bazaar platform provider providing you an online platform to (a) order products or services online from the list of Stores & Service providers available on the Services (“Vendors”); (b) pre- pay for your product or services order by banking channels made available to you on the Services or paying for your product or service by debit or credit card or cash at the time of us delivering your product or service order to your delivery address.
  2. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, prepare, consult, manage, package and/or control the Vendors or the related services provided in connection thereof.
  3. Our responsibilities are limited to: (i) facilitating the availability of the Services; and (ii) serving as the limited agent of each Vendor for the purpose of accepting payments from you for your online product or service order and delivering your order.
  4. We strive hard to get vendors who promise to deliver within 3-24hours of receiving your order. The delivery time varies from product category to product category and the delivery time is mentioned under vendor policy link under vendor store.
  5. In case of vendor unable the meet the delivery timeline, the order will be treated cancelled and where applicable, refund will be initiated. To reduce such situation, we rank our merchants on delivery & quality satisfaction so that you as customer get the best possible service from vendors.
  6. Under no circumstance, our company, staff and vendors will be held responsible for any damage, business or non-business impact of unsatisfactory order deliveries.
